Verge Motorcycles unveiled a thrilling new electric superbike, created together with Finnish Formula 1 racing legend Mika Häkkinen. This stylish, bold design stands out amongst the crowd and is equipped with Verge's groundbreaking technology: "This is a machine built to live life to the fullest!"

Only one hundred of these signature electrically powered motorcycles crafted by two-time World Champion race car driver Mika Häkkinen and Verge Motorcycles will ever be produced — making it an incredibly rare and unique item.

"I know from experience what it takes to develop a vehicle that embodies speed, precision and elegance. I wanted to design the bike right down to the smallest detail rather than just picking the colour. Each bike is numbered and features an exclusive signature. This electric superbike represents the future of riding and is a testament to a life lived to the fullest!" says Mika Häkkinen.

Back at the start of the year, Mika Häkkinen and Verge Motorcycles joined forces. Häkkinen was appointed to the company's Advisory Board, as well as becoming one of their investors. The signature model that they created together is a perfect combination of two leading experts in their respective fields.

"We are extremely proud to have F1 legend Mika Häkkinen design the signature model. He is one of the greatest drivers of all time, and breaking boundaries and enjoying the thrill of speed is something that we very much share in common," says Tuomo Lehtimäki, CEO of Verge Motorcycles.

The luxury superbike made in collaboration with Mika Häkkinen offers a sleek and daring design along with Verge's advanced technologies. The model is the most powerful and advanced electric bike on the market, boasting a 350 kilometre range and a lightning fast 35-minute charging time. What's more, it has an integrated rim motor within the rear wheel, which was invented by Verge and has been honoured internationally.

This bike utilizes the highest-grade materials available, making it one of a kind. For example, its fairings are constructed from carbon fibre and feature a unique ceramic coating that repels any damages or scratches. Contrasting black shock absorbers paired with grey and silver surface elements complete its powerful yet graceful look.

Mika Häkkinen's remarkable superbike can be purchased through Verge Motorcycles online store located in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Finland, Estonia and Monaco. Customers can also purchase the bike from Verge Motorcycles flagship store in Monaco at the time of the Monaco GP event launch. This will be Verge Motors first physical showroom as well. The grand total for this superbike without taxes is 80,000 euros.
